01. Safety Officer -- 7-10 Years / Onsite
- Compile safety programs.
- Practice safe working techniques.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
- Standardise health and safety in order to remain consistent.
- Identify hazardous waste and dispose it off correctly.
- Promote safety initiatives.
- Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
- Regularly inspect equipment.
- Conduct daily environmental and safety audits.
- Inspect and examine all health and safety related complaints, workplace accidents, outbreaks of diseases, the spill of hazardous chemicals/materials.
Search for physical, biological, and chemical workplace hazards. - Investigate the construction site to ascertain equipment, production, and material processes. Do not pose a safety or health hazard to employees, work guests, and the general public.
- Create, evaluate, and implement health and safety programs and strategies.
- Write daily safety and health reports or injury logs and ensure they are completed and submitted to the relevant authorities.
- Train and advice employers and all relevant stakeholders on issues of workplace safety and environmental protection.
- Creating different frameworks that will reduce accidents and improve workplace safety.
- Verify the adequacy and safety of all work proposed tools and equipment.
- Train and run drills and exercise with workers on how to manage an emergency situation.
02. PURCHASE MANAGER -- 8-10 Years / Pune Office
- Researching and evaluating potential vendors.
- Comparing the prices of different vendors for gaining maximum ROI.
- Negotiating contracts on reasonable terms for pricing and supply.
- Tracking the orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Monitoring purchased products to ensure quality.
- Updating order details into our internal databases. (ERP Software)
- Issuing purchase reports including the cost analysis.
- Ensuring stock availability and placing orders as and when required.
- Verifying receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
- Resolving shipments in error with suppliers.
- Collaborating with the team to develop purchasing plans and finding potential vendors.
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest market and industry trends.
- Conducting comparative analysis of potential suppliers.
- Building relationships with potential suppliers and other industry professionals at trade shows.
- Analysing financial and budget reports to determine the negotiation budget.
- Negotiating financial and logistical details with suppliers.
- Using organisational skills to maintain meticulous purchasing, shipping, and receiving records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management or relevant field.
- Proven track record of working as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, Purchasing Manager or a similar role for nearly 6-7 years.
- Understanding of Purchasing management software such as SAP, Oracle SCM Cloud, etc.
- Strong understanding of purchasing processes and policies.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to create reports and conduct a cost analysis.
Ability to make quick decisions. - Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to accurately review the contracts.
03. JUNIOR ENGINEER -- 10 Years / Onsite
- Helping senior engineers in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects.
- Conducting site visits and surveys to collect the data as per project requirements.
- Creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications of projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Preparing cost estimation and material requirement reports for specific projects.
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to meet the project outcomes.
- Monitoring work progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conducting tests and inspections to ensure structural integrity and safety.
- Participating in project meetings and providing required technical support.
- Keeping yourself up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technology.
- Managing the tools and inventories used in the project works.
04. Sales Executive -- 10 Years / Onsite
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilise various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify and approach potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

05. BILLING ENGINEER -- 10 Years / Pune Office
- Measurement and Estimation: Measure and estimate the quantities of materials required for the project and prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Billing: Prepare and verify bills for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Cost Management: Track and manage costs throughout the project, ensuring budget compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain all billing-related documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all billing practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on billing status, costs, and discrepancies for management review.
Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in billing and estimation in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), and construction-related software.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
